In principle, the source code of PCLake is freely available upon request, provided that the source is properly referenced, the results are communicated to the owners and developers of the model, and that the original model and spin-off models remain freely available.
Unfortunately, there is no formal help-desk at the moment. If you have questions you can try to reach one of the current users of the models, for which we refer to the scientific literature.
